I once knew a person in Christ, twenty years ago, and now I’m sharing the true story of his life.
This story begins when he was very young. His parents left him and his brother with relatives, disappearing without a trace. If you wonder, ‘Where did they go?’ – both parents were Naxalites, completely unaware of Christ and living without the fear of God. They were deeply involved in idolatry. The children became orphans, which brought them great pain. Their relatives initially cared for them, but as time passed, they began mistreating the children, displaying cruelty, especially towards the elder child, who suffered greatly. The younger child, being very young and without understanding, was spared some of the suffering. The elder one faced numerous problems and endured much trouble at the hands of his relatives. Proper food became scarce, and he felt miserable. Sometimes, if the elder boy didn’t work, they would physically punish him. There were instances when they would put chilly in his eyes or beat him up as it pleased them.
The wounds inflicted upon him, and the resulting pain often made him cry, longing for his mother. Unfortunately, he had never experienced his mother’s love or felt the warmth of her lap. His desire to see and feel his mother’s love remained unfulfilled. Eventually, he received the news of his father’s death, and he couldn’t even bid his father a final farewell. This brought him immense pain and suffering. He continued to endure a lack of proper food and days without a good meal.
Each morning, they would wake him up with beatings and force him to bring water in a pot to water the plants and fill the tank. His days were spent in this manner. One day, when he was physically mistreated, his wound worsened, and he developed a severe fever. As a result, he couldn’t work for several days. In his absence, they began to torture his younger brother, threatening not to feed him unless he worked. They said, ‘Do you think your parents are sending anything? Work!’ and scolded him.
As the younger brother pleaded them, holding onto their legs, saying he couldn’t work, they even put Zandu balm in his eyes, causing him intense pain. The child shook with agony.
They both suffered severe pain, holding each other, wondering why their father and mother left them? when would they return? and why were they abandoned? Not knowing the situation, the children cried uncontrollably. They couldn’t bear those wounds and the pain. It was a cold, wintry area, and one evening, the elder boy was pushed out of the house. ‘Go out! Get out of the house and stay outside,’ they instructed. They didn’t provide proper food. Sometimes, the food seemed good, and the boy was excited, thinking it was curd rice. However, when he took a bite, he discovered it was foul. He tried to eat it but couldn’t hold it. He was beaten severely for vomiting. ‘Are you trying to embarrass us by vomiting food we provided?’ they yelled. This led to more beatings and troubles for the child.
One day, when he was pushed out of the house, it was bitterly cold, and the wound that had turned into an ulcer caused unbearable pain. He was suffering from fever and dizziness. He didn’t know where to go, and he pleaded them to let him in, standing at the window. No one showed mercy on him; instead, they shut the windows on his face.
They had dogs that stayed in an old, dilapidated bathroom filled with sand and old items. The boy had grown up playing with those dogs. Unable to bear the cold, he remembered the dogs and went near them. He sat with the dogs for some time and tried covering himself with the sacks that were there in that place, but the cold persisted. Eventually, he nestled in the dog’s lap, seeking warmth and comfort.
The boy, who was ill, fainted and fell unconscious in the dog’s lap. It was morning when they came searching for him but couldn’t find him anywhere. Later, they came to feed the dogs and found him asleep in the dog’s lap, which was also still in slumber. They took a stick and struck him hard on his back, and the boy woke up in terror.
The boy, weakened by illness, pleaded with them, holding onto their legs. The children faced many miserable conditions. One day, their mother returned to them. The elder boy was eight years old when she came back. Until then, he hadn’t experienced a mother’s love. He wanted to share his experiences with his mother, but he feared it might lead to disputes and they would be left without support. He remained silent.
Later, the mother and her two children moved to a different place, and their lives took a challenging turn.
The elder boy worked tirelessly alongside his mother. He woke up early in the morning to sell vegetables, spent the afternoons selling ice crates, and in the evenings, he engaged in packing papads (thin crisps). Working diligently throughout the day, he handed over all that he earned to his mother. With their earnings, they managed to afford half a kilogram of rice to sustain themselves. They endured these hardships for a long time, facing many trials.
As time passed, significant events unfolded, and one day, the mother came into contact with the gospel through someone she met. She was asked whether she had found peace and happiness despite her devotion to many gods. They inquired if she had been relieved of debts, misery, or had gained courage in her heart. It was then that she realized that, despite her devotion, she had not found peace or courage. She decided to attend church and gradually became a regular attendee.
On her first visit, she learned about the God’s love and His sacrifice on the cross. Her heart was deeply moved, and tears flowed down from her eyes. As days turned into weeks, the mother grew closer to the Lord through her attendance at church. She prayed fervently, with tears in her eyes, asking God to guide and bless her elder child. She offered her son to the Lord, saying, ‘There are many widows like me with little children. I surrender him to You to share the gospel.
She told her elder son that he had to go for service. But the son resisted saying that he didn’t want to go anywhere but study and take care of his younger brother and his mother by taking up a job. Thus a few days passed, and she started forcing him to go and told him that she shall end her life if he didn’t agree to go. Then the elder son agreed to go but with a condition that he shall return if he did not understand anything. He did discipleship for six months under the preacher of the church his mother attended. He completed the course called ‘Sishya Bhavan’ for six months. Later, he tried many times to return home, but he couldn’t as he started understanding everything and he could feel peace.
One day, he slept after an all-night prayer. It was around 3 or 4 in the morning, and he heard a voice that called his name with love. He had never heard such a voice before.
He woke up with great joy and started searching around. He thought the pastor had called him, so he went to him and said, “Here I am, for you have called me.” The pastor told him that he hadn’t called him and asked him to rest there along with him. And he made him rest there. The boy arose and went to the same place where he had sleeping before. He prayed for a while and then slept again. Again, the same voice was heard, and he had a vision. In that vision, a great vineyard was seen, which seemed to be the biggest vineyard that had ever existed in the world. Some fruits were ripe, and some were not yet ripened. As the boy reached out his hand for the bunch, a voice from behind called him by his name and said, “The time has not yet come. There will be times when all of these will be ripe. That should be done through you. Arise! I have appointed you for this. Consecrate yourself for me.” This was the vision, and he woke up and told the preacher. The preacher was in tears. Thus, the voice came to him several times and took hold of him. Later, he went for Bible training and completed it in 3 years. From there he then went for another training and completed it in another 3 years. Thus, his ministry life started. Now that man, loved by God, became a person wanted by many and is being used by God immensely in many places. He was anointed for the sake of God. Once upon a time, he was in the lap of a dog and was cared by nobody. Now, everyone needs him and loves him. God has set him in a higher status. He was once a misfortune but is now a great fortune. He is a man used as a weapon of God. Dear children of God, have you ever heard this testimony? If you have never heard this testimony, do you want to know who that person is?
Dear children of God, once unfortunate but now greatly fortunate, once sleeping in a dog’s lap but now resting in the lap of God, proclaiming the love of God to the world—it is none other than I. I am the one who once slept in a dog’s lap, but now I have become a weapon in God’s hand. That small, insignificant me. God delivered me from the great misery of that time. He saved me. God mended a life that was like a broken vessel. Today, into this broken vessel, God poured the water of life, which is the Word of God. He made a new spring shoot forth within me. If God can place me in this position from where I once slept in a dog’s lap, your life is surely greater than mine; certainly, He will do justice to you. Never be discouraged, and never attempt to end your life, thinking it’s the end of you or the situation.
No matter what kind of situations come against you, you have a life, and God will surely make you stand. Have faith. Dear children, it was in this way that I began my ministry.
When I began serving in the areas of Karnataka and Maharashtra border, the service started with just three members initially, which later grew into a few more. As six months passed, people started to grow in numbers. When God was speaking to me, many signs, wonders, and miracles began to manifest. The church started developing year by year. Every year, there was significant growth, which continued to increase day by day. Thus, just even before three years had passed, God had entrusted me with more than 200 members. Another year passed, and I was able to build a church with over 300 members. After three years, Then, God spoke to me and said, “Go from here. I haven’t placed you here. Your work with the people here is completed. Depart from this place.” I resisted and didn’t leave for two years. Later, I met with an accident, about which I knew two months before. After the accident, God visited me in another vision. I had a profound vision. I asked God, “Lord, I don’t desire death, but I will faithfully carry out your work on Earth.” Then, in that vision, God spoke to me, saying, “Kiran! Will you come with me? We shall go to our home.” When the Lord spoke in this ,manner, I replied, “No, Lord! I shall not come.” Then God asked, “Why are you saying this? Everyone certainly wants to come when asked, but why are you resisting?” I continued, “Lord, if I were to go there, I would eternally regret not being able to fulfil your plan. Wouldn’t the pain of not being able to do your will be worse than hell itself? I would have to feel that regret for eternity. I will do whatever little I can righteously and then come to you, satisfied with having done at least a little for you, my Lord.” Thus, I decided, and I continued to live.
Thus, upon God’s word, I departed from that place and came to Hyderabad first, started seeking in the presence of God. From there, I went to Nellore and began sharing the gospel with many, leading them to salvation. I wrote a track called ‘We do not need a change of religion; we need the True God’ and went to various places. Many truth seekers became steadfast in the truth, becoming my disciples. Later, I knelt there, and slowly a year passed, during which God started speaking to me. God spoke to both me and my wife, saying, “You are going far from this place.” Then from there we went to Kurnool, to a place called ‘Dhone’, ministry happened miraculously. God performed miracles there, and we spent more than a year in that place. Many families of thieves were transformed, and numerous miracles took place. God then said, “Now, the time has come for you to leave this place. Now, you shall be settled.” I kept asking for several days why I was being sent to different places and for how long. I also inquired, “Where should I settle? How long should I live without knowing where to settle?” God told me to stay where He instructed me to stay. Saying this, He gave me a call similar to the one given to Abraham. When I received that call, I made a note of it in my Bible, recognizing it as my call. Thus, I obtained that promise.
Later, when we returned from Dhone, my wife gave birth to a baby boy. During those days, God spoke to me, saying, “My son! Stay here. I am about to fulfil the plan I have for you.” When God spoke to me about this, the place where I was at that time was Gudivada. I remained in the place called Gudivada. At that point of time, I had only thirty rupees in my hand, not knowing what to do. I asked God, “Lord, what am I supposed to do in this big town?” Then God said to me, “Prepare yourself to remove confusion in the doctrines. Consecrate yourself for this work.” I held thirty rupees in my hands at that moment. Brother Jagadeesh identified the truth I was proclaiming and travelled with me for about five to six thousand kilometres, using his father’s bike. We filled the fuel the bike with those thirty rupees and prayed, “Lord, I left everything and came here for you. I am doing according to what you have told me. Hence, I know you will provide everything.” Praying thus, we began our journey, and now, as you can see, the ministry is thriving in many places, with the wonders of God manifesting. Brother Jagadeesh surrendered his entire life to this ministry, just as Elisha did for Elijah. I used to share with brother Jagadeesh everything that God would speak to me. I told him that soon, an army of truth would be formed with righteous people. That word came to pass, and here, an army of truth has indeed been formed.
After this, you have witnessed how God’s work is being carried out and how great teachings are being shared with you. You know how the mysteries of God that are needed for the preparation of the church are being revealed to you. I have not come here to establish a church but to establish the truth. I have not come here to create disputes among the churches and the preachers. I have come here to build the relationship between the church and God. I have come here to unite everyone into one body. I have come here to tell you that we are to be on one foundation. While I proclaim this truth, there are many who dislike me, gossip about my personal life, and spread negative things about me. Regardless of what happens, I am staying here because God has sent me, and I am standing here because He has told me to. I will remain here and do God’s work throughout my life. Even if no one agrees, this is God’s will. It is God’s command. God has opened doors that no one can ever close, and no one will have the ability to do so.
Dear children of God, isn’t it evident that this is God’s plan? The ministry, which began with thirty rupees, is now spending thousands of rupees and faithfully carrying out God’s work. Up to this day, we haven’t asked anybody, nor have we waited, wondering where the support would come from. We believed that “God will provide, God will send,” and thus, we carried out our ministerial work. Therefore, this ministry continues to be fruitful.
Today, I am sharing my testimony for the many who have asked about my background and testimony. It has been a decade since I started ministry in this area on May 1, 2013. My disciples and I, the entire army of truth, are faithfully continuing to do God’s work. This is God’s work. A person cannot do such work with their wisdom. Please recognize that this is God’s work, the work of the Spirit. It is not by might, nor by power. Many are against the ministry of truth, and such people should repent. There are hundreds of thousands of people who follow, and blessed are they who do. May God bless you all and give you peace.
This is my testimony, and there are many more things to share. Be prayerful, for even more faithful work will undoubtedly be done. All the churches shall come under one foundation. Everyone’s opinion shall be one. All false teachings shall be eradicated, and all doctrines that go against the Bible shall exist no more. I came here for this to happen. Regardless of the obstacles, insults, and accusations that come, I shall face them. I shall not be bothered by negative publicity about my life. There shall be no rest until God’s work is completed and His purpose is fulfilled. To run as warriors who do not know fatigue, my army and I have surrendered to God for the truth and consecrated ourselves for the Truth. Be prepared like an army. May God bless you.
